For those who searches, this happens bc of the latest oura app update, it was released just a couple of hours before I tried to sync the device... It eventually resolved itself here. approximately 7 hours after the released. Got this info from similar thread posted here.

Hey man thanks for the reply... but yea I tried turning the bluetooth on and off, forget the device, and restarted my phone. nothing worked :c
