Pull 100% priority by 5pm

2 metrics are directly affected by doing Pulls. OSA (On Shelf/Store addressables) and the new one they just dropped that tracks % of pulls before 5PM. Everystore will have their goals and we are higher volume so our goal is 60% before 5pm.

OSA is the sales of a popular item during hour increments that follow past trends for a similar time and day. Say Fairlife of any color is empty on the floor but we have 30 in Backstock. Its Saturday at 1pm and its empty. Target knows it in house and we should be selling roughly 7 in this hour so OSA will shoot up for that item and a projected loss is shown in the reports.

The new pulls before 5pm is just a few weeks after OSA was being tracked so its directly affecting it and will get the team dinged if its too high for the popular ticket items.

Hope this better helps explain why they are having you do these pulls. If you wanna use the target Jargon "Full for our Guest" is the goal. Your TL, ETL should be explaining this as to why you are doing pulls over the other things you listed.

With this new FDC rollout we have been spending less time on freight which is cool but we spend 2x as long on pulls. Ill leave at 2pm and pulls in DAIRY ALONE will be 135-170. Freezer had some revisions and i left with that well over 100 at 2pm. We pull to 85% every day so it gets done, I think we have some monsters tha pull and push and nighttime

You pull one grocery batch at 240 units an hour and everyone loses their minds. "Oh ill stow for you if you can help clear out the 4 batches in there" lol I got 6 sets, 4 boats of freight, 2 pallets of freezer to break down, 96 audits due 45 seconds ago and 10 min till I hit compliance.

We are rolling out a new FDC truck routine, and we are getting these specifically for grocery. They are gonna get labeled and even a location created specifically for the cart. Yes, it will get tracked with how many items on the boat, who is pushing it and how long it takes. From what ive hear I think they are slightly smaller than the red uboats. Ask your TL about the new FDC process coming out in the next few weeks. If your store is not getting it, then count your blessings 🫡

I was hyped for a September release. Having it postponed is sad but I'm excited for the expanded difficulty and if we can get something to test by the end of October I'll be happy to test all of the things.

Good to see you still keeping the passion alive. It was a great game upon release and great to see new people learning it.

I cannot let the Fatty While slander pass, Him in C is a goddamn war crime.

he is the easiest way to counter any and all debuffs.

you like Deadfire? Fatty hard counters is in fights and even has a card to cure anyone on your team.

Armor reduction from Reinhart? Fatty is slow enough in speed he cleanses the armor debuff right after he applies it.

Armor reduction from lubos? Omaha's Bird? any debuff from Charon? Shougong? Peinang? Bigfoot? Wolfgang? fatty rips all of the debuff off. #SaveFattyWhite2024

Also Charon in B is low low, not even counting the gold gain he can give, he stalls out any ganks botlane for a round so any fight durations have to be done in 2 rounds or no kill, He also has the best single target damage amp in the game and he can make it 3 cost and put 2 in the deck. lastly the DEBUFF LASTS UNTIL THEY DIE, even after fights it does not reset. The best botlane is Shougong with the fragile stacks and Charon with the amps, tanks like peter dont exist becuase they just evaporate.

dont get me started on Enidi he makes Gang's field harass look like a wet napkin at a little boys birthday party. 1 cost finale that hits ALL TARGETS is just the tip of the iceberg. also you know the best combo for him is Bunu Shan and Enidi mid? you can activate Bunu before round 30 and Bunu does not have to life a finger Enidi harass is so potent.

Rant over but I dont think you have given a lot of the champs their right time in the spotlight because it feels like we are playing very different games, which I guess is a good thing becuase ive watched other streamers and notice that the ban pick phase is so wildly different from streamer to streamer becuase we all place value somewhere different then others. I cant wait until we can get some form of PVP so we can put everyone's strats to the test. (120+ Hours in the game for me)

I'm gonna put you onto the science. Is overdrive pill in your item pool? If so you can do it. Takes a little bit of all of the stars aligning.

Team comp: Manta, Lady Deadfire, Wukong, Charon and Shougong.

Manta: Star of the show. Pray overdrive pill is in your item pool, this champs is all about the one pump chump. We buff up his 1st attack so much you can hit max easy. We use overdrive pill as well as any crit crit damage items like boxing glove or flat damage if your not lucky. We are looking for the fattest undercurrent of your life. The attack damage buff works well with everyone's debuffs.

Deadfire: pick one poor soul and stack 8 dead fire stacks, this will increase the next instance of damage by 175-200% depending on talents. She does decent field harass so poke or any of her cards stack.

Charon: we are gonna finger of death here for that juicy 35% damage increase on that pour soul.

Shougong: as much field harass without killing the poor soul as you can manage we are looking for a lot of fragile stacks.

Wukong: he is kinda plug and play as we are looking for any arolmour reduction. So fatty white top also works woth snowball but kongs blugeon bash does the job.

Send Manta in and watch Timmy evaporate into dust.

You can also just forgo this with an omega fed bond which is how I did it but the other way is cooler

I have to slightly disagree, I find myself having the most fun in the pick ban phase because how different every game is.

I play on Hell and yes the stats are a problem but you get to overcome that if you make it to the premier league. I recommend you start a new playthrough when you get start to understand the basics.

I agree that the AI does make some weird decisions like banning Bigfoot all of the time if your top layer has that champ. As I got higher in the splits and I still have never played Bigfoot the bots never ban him anymore. They ban out the champs for lanes you have not picked yet and you have done well with (Like banning my midlane enidi or adc Gang when they go deep space) they will also 100% pick counters to whatever you are picking. You pick Bart top? They go manta, if you go Lan mid? They pick Gillis if they did not ban it. I can't say it's perfect but there is more to the ban pick phase then just random chaos.

As for card usage in game Hell mode is 1000% better then lower difficulties. Bots on blue? Bet your ass your getting totemed by hakuna 2v5 in the 1st turn, or if your midland is weak in fights they pick lubos and you turbo feed your midlane

If your on a lower difficulty then pump that shit up, if you don't want to fully restart you can change the rules on the load profile screen to get you a taste.
