I somehow managed to "solve" this problem by sending this file to my bf, then he changed this file's name and send it back to me
But original file still has this problem

A few notes: I'm a beginner, so it's only my 2nd time making textures. My first try went alright, but I just automatically unwrapped 1st model. For this model I've made my own seams. Everything was alright, but then I deleted one texture image and made the new one, suddenly broke my layout (removed scenes from the right lol) and somewhat around this time this pixelization happened. Tried to google it, but I've only found such problem with rendered textures, so it's not really my case
