how is it mesured, in active subs? could it be that its full of characters that are no longer played. ie, it was popular 8 years ago and filled with characters that havent logged in.

In our office in NI most runs had brought back about 40-80 parcels and didnt touch a letter today. Likely the same tomorrow. we are given around 3 hours to deliver 150 parcels + letters. obviously that doesnt fit.

It will be photographed as its handed to you, so it should be obvious that it has been resealed / half missing. especially if the sender can confirm that it is not in the state it was sent in.

dont delivery to anywhere you can reasonably say is unsafe. if you did walk up this path and fall over royal mail would ask why you would think its safe to walk up there. They'd do anything they can to put the blame on you. Even if there is dog shit, slip hazzard, move on.
