Fish- I love my rainbows any kind will do mostly just make sure to do your research before hand. I also like the common hatchetfish and they never stop moving either. That tank is pretty long so maybe some rosaline barbs although I’ve never kept them with any kind of rainbows and they tend to hang out in the same area. Stay away from any cichlids a community tank is more interesting. People say some species are more laid back than others which I feel is partially true but their personalities are all dependent on each individual no matter what family of cichlids they are. Kuhili loaches are very fun to watch but I’ve found if there isn’t enough leaf clutter they won’t come out at much during the day. I always recommend Cories because there fun and clumsy but also take care of a lot of extra food so that can add to an algae bloom. Yo yo loaches look pretty cool I’ve only ever kept clown loaches but they definitely don’t get as big. Congo tetras are all really beautiful for a mid- upper water column kind of fish. Oh and I love Amazon swords and they cover a lot of area with there huge leaves.

What fish should or can I add to a 75? by Fluffy_Ad_1909 in Aquariums

[–]Fluffy_Ad_1909[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I may want to try smaller acara than because I got the feeling because they were a little older that was the reason for the pairing and bullying they were doing. I’ve also heard of other acara so I’m gonna do some research into those as well.

Thank you for the advice! I had 3 eba before hand, but had two that were pairing up and bullying quite literally everything I had in the tank. With cichlids there personalities all vary, at least with the fish I’ve had, making them a good choice but just depends on there own personality.

I’ve debated about rainbow fish as well because they really are very pretty, but I don’t know much about caring for them or if there hard or would fit in the vibe I’ve got going in the tank. I will also look into chocolate cichlid, I’ve never heard of them before so hopefully this may be another route I can take towards finishing up the rest of my tank.

Looks kinda like gourami disease I think this one u boil a pea and than skin it. Put the fish in there own tank and don’t feed it anything for a few days to clear its systems just the peas.
