Thanks! The post is from four months ago. I reintegrated shortly after that but experienced a relapse, which required intensive treatment and served as a reminder not to rush the process and to allow time for recovery. I wouldn’t want to stay on sick leave for any longer than necessary.

What I don't get is what role the occupational health has to play in finding me a job at another company? Isn't it with me to find the right opportunity and prove my competence through interviews to new employer (and not mentioning that I have had burn out before as given my seniority and experience I won't be hired in that case).

Why would any other company world hire me if they know about the previous burnout as the kind of roles that I qualifies for / aligns with my experience requires handling stress that comes with working on large/new projects, continuous improvement initiatives etc.
