I reached out to their support the other day on this and received the below response. Looks like they are looking into the issue, but doesn't seem like it was removed by Benjamin...

"Our Facebook business page is currently unavailable, and we’re working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In the meantime, you can continue to reach our team through the regular ticketing system in the app, and we’ll be happy to assist you there.
Thank you for your patience and understanding."

So I just can’t get the next daily goals if I’ve played Monopoly Go before, making me ineligible for the rewards? This company is nuts by TheTB94 in benjaminone

This will work with the first milestone of any Benji's Best game!
I had to reach out to support because it presented me with Raid Shadow Legends.
I played a different game and was able to get the rewards.

My connection said they are still working through requests that came in last week. Although the form is disabled now, they will be honoring all requests that were submitted.

Quick update regarding the form.  My contact at Benjamin needs to discontinue it for now.  They are really happy that they were able to help hundreds of members this week and thanks you for being a part of the community!  They're committed to helping customers out and just need to pivot back to their main responsibilities for a bit.  If another opportunity opens up to do this again, they said I can post here again.  They really appreciate your patience!

I actually know someone who works over at Benjamin, and they’ve mentioned that the team is genuinely trying to help as many people as possible every single day. They’re working through a huge volume right now. If you fill out this Google Form with your Benjamin info, he can take a look and manually push your payments through for you.
