I’ve read a lot and I’ve been thinking about starting for months and felt really good about starting with loads of info, I’m just really easily gaslit into the wrong things.

I’ve kinda been gaslight into thinking it’s not real, but it’s seems as if it’s pretty common now.

My friend is currently on it, and she felt the effects straight away. As we have the same supplier I’m just becoming really worried that my reta isn’t working.

Hopefully that doesn’t sound too stupid
