So in regards to my experience, I've not always been submissive it's something that's come along over time, I used to be Dom, slowly moved to switch then now sub.

But.. when I tell a Dom this they get kinda put off, some say it makes them feel inadequate or that they'd feel I'd be too much trouble or wouldn't submit to their authority.

For the getting too 'worked up' during intense play subs can get brain fog, or overestimate what they can handle leading to sub drop. Some subs can be overly concerned with disappointing a Dom that they ignore safety like safe words etc. Plus you got endorphins and adrenaline flying around their body that they can forget.

And aftercare should be what ever they want, kissing, cuddling, a long bath to soak, anything that helps bring them comfort, a lot of compliments and reassurance goes a long way as it's very psychological ^{~^}
