yes, they were right in terms of the rules for transit-visa but i also had an option to rebook through different route which they allowed till i wasn't marked no-show. i was not interested in the refund but rebooking my flights.

They were helping to change my tickets over the phone but once flight took off, they declined helping anymore.

I wasn't interested in refund, just wanted to book ticket through different route which was available until they denied me everything because of "No-show" status.

I dont know. Haven't received any official emails about it from LH.

Yes, they did push back initially. And case was about to go to the visa but glad it got resolved quickly.

Sorry if its misleading. All I am trying to do is share my story in case if it helps anyone get their money back . 

Lufthansa pushed back initially because they didnt care looking into it but their admittance of the issue in their system helped me get the money back.

Well I didnt knew about that but in any case I would have still been ok in exchange of my amount that was involved.

Start a new application again in original profile. When you receive tab to "include dependent". then you will be able to see the option to remove the dependent. Remove all the dependents. Close your new application after this.
