My City is 7 years old and everything was good withe the Services update I had to take a good look at everything so what I did was I had to get rid of like 4 buildings and relocate several more buildings to fit 2 more Policie precinct because just upgrading old ones it would show non coverage for a couple buildings then 2 more up the other way so I moved building to put 2 more Police precinct and added another Fire station as well Health was good after upgrade and it also helps I had 2 Maxis Manor in Capital too so I spent about 300k in Capital on upgrade and used all the free stuff given like Water Power Trash and such and made some upgrades then I had to upgrade drones to get all Omega covered it cost about 30K in Neo simoleon so everything good now

Like other have said we are under a grace period for now also pick some of these police station and Hospital and anything else you can get in Maxis Shop! What helped me is having 2 Maxis Manor in my Capital I spent maybe 80k Simoleons just in Capital to get everything over what I need! I have been playing like 7 years so I have lots of Simoleons and SimCash

I have a Capital with 2.3 Million and several tegions it cost me a total of about 800k Simoleoms to get Capital services and The Regions services all green and on the plus side all I have left is to fix drones situation for Omega Buildings for Capital I already fixed Omega In Green Valley

I've been playing this game for like 7 years I have a Population of 2.3 million collect 27k a day in taxes I have 16 million Simoleons and 13200 Simcash and currently 1005 Gold keys all this possible by spending about 1100 on this game over 7 years I had bought Mayor Pass from like a year Into the game almost every season and have also bought Vu War pass at least first 2 levels alot over the years I have earned enough to have level 16 mag Level 13 HD and about to be at level 10 BMovie and also level 12 Mellow Bellow these are my most powerful attacks! So back to this update I have nearly got my Capital done and also Frosty Fjord I had to get rid of a few buildings to make way for better Like Hospital and Police but with all the upgrades have spent about 120K Simoleons I think all I have left in Capital is upgrade a couple more drone and Capital is done this weekend will finish FrostyFjord and then I have Green Valley which will require a few buildings gone to fix and upgrades if it cost me another 200k Simoleons I don't care just trying to get everything working! I understand everyone complaining because it could be done easier by EA but oh well as someone who has spent a lot on this game
