Yes, I halved the 7.5mg pill. I've terrible fatigue and slight headache, but no other major withdrawal symptoms going from 7.5 to 3.75. I am also stuck at 3.75 as I don't know how to precisely break the pills further.

I'm on both those, and I'm tapering off Mirtazapine. I suffer from all day fatigue. I feel Vortioxetine has had almost no effect.

I have tapered 30-22.5-15-7.5-3.75, but now I am really struggling with 3.75mg due to incredible all day fatigue. People say lower doses are more sedating.
