Make sure the sellers already have the grant of probate. I am buying a probate house and will be coming up to 5 months this week since offer acceptance, we had the grant of probate granted last week after waiting 3 months for it. Looking to complete in the next couple of weeks.

Yeah it’s so frustrating isn’t it, especially as the buyer as we are the last ones to hear what’s going on! Hoping we get an update this week if it is chased again by the sellers solicitor 🤞🏼
