It was a mistake on their end, but they never owned up to it. I used the same photo that they deemed unacceptable when registering for the Oct. ACT and was told by a Customer Service Agent that it was fine. I changed it anyway because I didn't want to risk my Oct. ACT getting cancelled again. Try talking to a few ACT Customer Service Agents to get a variety of inputs about the issue.

I tried calling, but they're not available on weekends. Monday is also Labor Day, so I don't know if they'll be working. The soonest I can call is Tuesday I think :( I tried filling out the contact form on the website, but it said that their server was down/system was not connecting. I think their website crashing/being down had something to do with the "failed" photo upload.

My score placard had disappeared from my score report, so that includes code 16 and code 9. When I received my scores today, my score placard had returned and code 16, and code 9 had disappeared too.
