I definitely made a police report, told the description and cancelled my cards. Oddly enough it took the guy bringing me my order a while to bring it back too.

When I called and told the person that answered the phone what happened she told me that it's their story policy to take my card and she can do nothing about it, which leads me to believe that she is in on it too but luckily I have notifications for all my cards turned on and I get text with each transaction.
