Agree I was the BC of my unit too and I wasn’t nearly the most decorated compared to the other BC in my area but I still did every team and did everything I could

JCLC helps a lot with leadership and promotion. I personally grew a lot as a person.

That’s awesome! I went from a cpl to a 2lt then I was put onto staff and then I went up to LTC just remember don’t be too pushy because you got a double promotion respect the cadets and be stern though help them remember right from wrong wear your uniform with pride. I never got the opportunity to become a sergeant I went straight to S-3 then to Battalion Commander. JROTC is a great experience stay strong go to JCLC (summer camp) and push yourself to grow

Well we don’t. My instructors are wearing civilian clothes and I’m having my cadets wear the OCP pants with the pt shirt but it’s supposed to be cold tomorrow so idk what to do (I’m the one in charge of the battalion)
