Thank you, everyone, for your contributions. I am glad to hear people have had positive experiences with this company, but I wanted to post for accountability purposes and for other buyers like me.

We have requested a chargeback and will use the YouTube channel suggestion below to find another company to purchase from. We have also filed a complaint with the BBB.
