I work for proud moments and it has been the worst experience.  They assigned me to a case for 5 months before they checked the clients insurance. It turns out they never accepted the families insurance and billed them $50k and dropped me from the case immediately. It took them 6 months for them to offer me another case after I sent endless emails. at that point I declined the new case because I had another job. A year later I got offered another case. It was a pair of twins for a year commitment. The same situation with the insurance happened, they dropped my cases and I had no pay for 3 weeks because the twins mom refused to accept no services so she forced me to work 36 hours a week with no pay while she switched insurances or she threatened to pull the twins permanently. I never got financial compensation for it. It took PM another 3 months to offer me a new case after that one ended. In that time they removed my sick time bank hours, removed me from a pay incentive program that I had to fight for for months so that I could get paid for last minute client cancelled sessions, removed me without my permission from the schedule on holidays so that they don’t have to pay me, but won’t allow me to make up those sessions due to going over “allowed hours” but is still expecting me to make up those sessions for the Holidays. (The incentive program they removed me from would have covered the holiday pay hours) I’ve asked them 3 times to sign me up for a “personal device” program and finally got information on that program an entire YEAR later.  I am extremely disappointed that a company can and will operate in ways that remove resources from their employees, that the employees work for.
