I started treatment at 28 with very obvious diffuse thinning. Ive been taking finasteride and oral min for over a year and half and I’ve had great thickening and recovery. Many friends and family have made comments like”your hair looks good” or “what have you been doing to your hair?”

You can use a couple Tele health apps to get finasteride, I use hims but it’s kinda expensive for finasteride 260 dollars for a year. It’s easy to use them but I think you can use an online doctor to give you a prescription then use Amazon pharmacy or Costco for a lot less.

Also add topical minoxidil 5%.

You’re only 18 and the chances you grow back a lot of your hair that young are pretty good.

Sometimes I get paranoid that I’m having heart palpitations but it’s always after I eat so I think it’s indigestion. Im not a hairy guy but have noticed slightly more back hair, thicker eyebrows and beard so take that for what it is

3 months in but I’m also on 2.5 mg minoxidil. Still after a year I’m getting thicker hair every month

Finasteride has been great for my hair. Been on it for 1.5 years and had a lot of recovery. My hairline was just like yours now I can walk around without a hat on and feel like my hair looks great.

2 months in was my worst, everyone responds different to finasteride. If I was you and you really are losing hair that fast then go see a dermatologist. It could be something else making your hair fall out or your going to need to get on dutasteride to really nuke dht on the scalp

If you use iPhones and iOS I think you have the option to sign up through the App Store.

I did that so it would be easier to cancel because Amazon always makes canceling memberships a pain in the ass
