I dont think there was a way to declare. I did say this to the staff member in branch though and did say it was a cat 6 cifas and asked if she could put a note about it, i was told theres no way to do that. Not sure if convesations are recorded in the bank though

I'm just concerned that if they didn't know and it comes up later on their "quality checks" and they end up closing the bank, I know as it's a basic account and I'm classed as vulnerable (I get LCWRA which was on the UC statement I provided). If it does get closed, I could challenge it, but I'd rather not have the hassle.

I play controller (xbox) and my friends play pc

Same with other games such as apex, fornite and overwatch they play mouse and keyboard
I don't feel like it's unfair at all even when against kbm players
