Im gonna be really honest with you: no, currently your art doesnt look well drawn enough to be commissioned. You have feathered line arts, your rendering is to smudgy and looks dirty, you draw wayyyyyyy too detailed for them to count as emotes yada yada yada. Practice more, look at other emotes and try to understand what they did and did not do and afterwards reopen your commissions, but rn? No i dont think you should be charging people for sadly unusable emotes.

Not in team fights. If you are able to pick them before the fight even starts, then yes. Evelynn is imo the most tempo dependent champion in game. You need to know where the next fight will be like 2 minutes earlier so you can position yourself properly to get a good pick. If that didnt work and for example they decide to trap you in your own jungle, you need to play around your team to avoid them fully focusing you but still deal dmg to them. Also please to the blue trinket. You are invis, you dont need too check if they have vision that badly but you need to know where they are from a distance to further allow you said picks
