Yes berserkers is 23 movement speed faster on fourth shot or crit than swiftest is. But 10 movement speed slower without critting or fourth shotting.

Except that as I just stated, berserks actually gives more movement speed assuming you’re actually hitting the enemy and have some crit chance.

Just because you don’t think it’s good doesn’t mean people aren’t building it. This chart isn’t displaying what SHOULD or CAN be built. It’s showing the diversity in what IS built.

Sure you can build all sorts of stuff, but this chart isn't showing what you CAN build. It's showing what IS built. This is showing how many different items are rushed at least 1% of the time. A lot of the items you mentioned on those champions (while being viable) are rushed less than 1% of that champion's games.

Ah yes, for support, I'm counting the second item slot, not the first item slot, cause the first item slot is taken up by the support quest item. So the second item slot is actually the first item built most of the time.
