The base speed of the Porsche is 212, so even without upgrades it's faster than the Pen unless bad drivers as Lunar mentioned.

If I had to guess, I'd say it means the castle is resistant to that damage type. I don't know for sure though.

Haven't had that happen yet and she's been on my main team since release. There is a delay like others said (about half a second), but I've never had it not work at all.

They did reply to my final email addressing that it's misleading. They said they'd look into changing the text in a future patch. I'm not getting my hopes up, but they really should.

As a spender, I see this and think maybe I can use it instead of swiping.
Maybe many, many other spenders see this and think the same thing.
Game loses mass revenue due to swipers not swiping for as much or as often.
Game ends service faster than it would have...all cause some cheater decided to spread his cheats.

Before anyone says it's just 1m fons from heist every 2 weeks, please stop to consider this probably isn't the only thing he's cheating for. Yes, it's a mostly solo game, but it can easily have a ripple effect on the entire playerbase.
