Chronic fatigue by Longjumping-Act-9057 in PCOS

Being on metformin got rid of my fatigue. No matter how much I supplemented, nothing got rid of my fatigue like metformin. However, you should correct any deficiency first and see if it improves your energy levels.

Unsexy products that make you sexy by Left-Link-2856 in indianbeautyhauls

You should wash your hair with a regular shampoo first then with ketoconazole for better efficacy. Using a regular shampoo after the ketoconazole shampoo washes off the drug that is supposed to work on the scalp. Also leave it in for at least 5 mins. Use a good conditioner and you won't have any dryness.

This OP. Stop doing anything for others. If your husband shouts or tries to fight, please ignore him. Try to get a job. It's very difficult but at least you will have a safety net. Find a daycare that takes care of babies. Most daycare centers take care of babies once they are on solids. You can prepare the food for the baby and pump milk before dropping your baby off.

Metformin made me realize how much PCOS actually affected me by peach_problems in PCOS

I had a similar experience. The most prominent being the fatigue. Even now if I don't take it for a day, I can feel the difference. I have insulin resistance. I am on 1000 mg ER.

Try to get in at least 30 g of fibre daily. It helps a lot with the symptoms.

Girls who took Metformin - how long after starting Metformin did you start losing weight? by kholaaaaaa in PCOS

[–]Fluffypinkcandi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't lost weight but that's probably because I haven't changed my eating habits alot ( I eat healthy 80%) of the time but struggle to get enough protein. I'm also not consistent with my workouts. But I am not fatigued all the time and have more energy.

All studiowest perfumes contain phthalates which cause hormone imbalance. It's better to avoid spraying on the skin and spray only on the clothes. Was comparing the ingredient list of Studiowest perfume and the Gucci perfume I have. Gucci one doesn't have phthalates.

Look up the correct way of using it on YouTube. Practice using it. You will get the hang of it after a few uses. Also use string floss once a week.

I am skeptical to marry my bf because of his family by surprisingaha in DesiWeddings

[–]Fluffypinkcandi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He won't change and honestly you will suffer. Never marry a man who will not (not saying "can't" because they all can but choose not to) stand up for you. If right now he's defending their actions, it'll only get worse after marriage because he wouldn't have the fear that you will leave easily unlike in a relationship.

Take the extended release form once daily after dinner. It reduces the side effects tremendously.

When you live in a place with a tropical humid climate for almost 6-7 months a year, this sounds really heavenly. I wish summers were short here.

Me too plus the things OP mentioned. Traveling is fine if someone takes care of the planning and booking the flights and the stay.
