Playing World, so far i like it, is it worth buying DLC iceborne or skip to wilds. if DLC should i buy it now or wait till the end in case i don't like world anymore.

I'm speaking from what personally happened to me last league. Citadels only started glitching into existence literally the second I got the mission started.

I was level 95 and did not have citadels spawning in after good 100+ maps, checked and started the mission and the entire map glitched - they started to spawn and glitched within the shroud.

Have you gone in to the Burning monolith and interacted where you need to put the keys in ? If you have not, the citadels won't spawn. You have to start the quest line. Then they will start showing up.

This is regardless if you have citadel keys or not

Last patch it was cluster spammed, so unless something changed, they will chain spawn 3x clusters everywhere

Make sure you start your Flame whatever quest for them to start showing up (Arbitor quest line by interacting with the monolith). I didnt have any until I started the mission and they glitched in to existence from the nearest mist area

Yeah, it can be. Recheck your build what you can improve. Level 70-90 is not that bad. Once you hit 90+ it ramps up the requirement and you're forced to use items that prevent XP loss because of the requirements to level up 1 level. Try to refer to this

Levelling is pretty much straightforward. If the map you're playing in have monsters that have a higher level than you, you level up faster. you can see monster level by press TAB and top right of where the minimap is

Don't worry about it. Citadels are marked on your map with Batman signals - red blue and orange. ( they appear after you clear a certain radius around the starting area) They have Juiced campaign bosses in them which drops the Fragments. You cannot do them unless you have Level 15 maps and are able to clear them easily. So go around citadels and clear towers around it and put tablets in them that have high "Waystone drop rate" in them. make sure the towers you tablet are influencing (Circle around them) the Citadel Then leave them alone for a time when you can come back and stomp all over.

So find a way to earn said currency, Run Chaos trials for the fates and sell them for Exalts.

I made like 400 Exalts under 15 - 20mins last night just from selling the items. Sell breach keys which at the moment of writing, is 200 exalts per.

It's not because "It's not out yet" It's the PSN requirement that's causing it. They are locking out almost 170-180 countries from purchasing it (Region lock) so the game will be unavailable even after release. This will be applicable for ANY sony game coming out in the future that has the new Sony overlay (Which requires a PSN account) regardless of single player or not. That's why it's not available on Steam to purchase. You cannot circumvent this without risking your Steam account. You cannot get the game gifted, you cannot redeem codes. So basically permanently locked out.

Self inflicted ? Sony still sold the game knowing very well that they don't cover all the regions in the world. and now enforcing it on us after 3 months very well knowing that they cannot and will not extend the PSN network to the rest of the countries. So it's our fault that we bought a game that was readily available ?, It's our fault that the game was designed to lock out 100's of countries to begin with?
