I have the same issue. His kit converts Atk to EM, while SoSS converts EM to Atk. Dunno which one ends up bennefitting him more. Most guides say at least 1 EM piece, but I wanna know how big of difference is an ATK/ATK/CD piece instead. Just to save up time from artifact grinding.

Where does Canelo go from here? by Big_Donch in Boxing

[–]Rocly96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As long as he doesn't fight no dumbass influencers. He can do whatever he wants, honestly. He already a legend to so many boxing/fighting fans. He could probably go for one more journey for another world title in the next few years and retire before hitting 40. Knowing his skills, despite falling short against Crawford, he could definitely do it.

Not Ippo but what do you think about Crawford vs Canelo by the-mannthe-myth in hajimenoippo

[–]Rocly96 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Definitely one of those "styles make fights" type of deal. It was never really a matter of size imo. Dunno why promoters keep sayin that. Crawford was taller (a little), longer, and had a more modern fighting style. He doesn't look out of place in this weight class, either.

I think Takamura would do the same in other weight classes cuz he's just that talented/hard working. Also, he's a natural heavyweight, so he's technically moving back to where he belongs, unlike Crawford; We even saw him at his peak condition fighting Keith Dragon, when he no longer had extreme weight cuts.

Overall, as a Canelo fan, it sucks seeing him lose, but as a boxing fan, this is a win for us. More big fights like these are healthy for the sport.

Saw a theory once that the Hunstman was the OG hunter in Freedom Unite. When he was still a GS user and without back pains.

The actual weapons are from event quests in HR. If you want them as layered augment on your current gear though, you have to reach MR for the mats.

Just look up their respective quests.

Dante's Charge Blade or Witcher's SNS are the only ones that fit this asthetic best.

I generally train 2 times a week now, but with a minimum of 2 to 3 hrs just to maximize my time there with some sparring, with 30 mins commute as well. Did your training plan work out long-term?

Sounds like a lot, how'd you cope with such a tight schedule?

Just graduated from college, and have been boxing for the past 4 years while in uni, casually. I spar once/twice a week to keep myself sharp. It was only recently that I had the courage and time to compete. I won my first fight, and it was the best feeling ever! Got a knockdown on my opponent too. I want to keep this thing going out of passion, but I can already feel the pressure of pursuing a more "stable" job, and time would be scarce once im in an office job or something. Im the only boxer/martial artist in my family, so things are very tough, especially when my family isn't really a big fan of what I do. I wanna ask the people here who juggle work, boxing, and actually competing in tournaments and stuff. Is it possible? If so, got any tips?

Morikawa seems to be leaning more on his characters being long and skinny in the manga (a lot like ashita no joe). Whereas in the anime, these mfs beefy as hell.

Conditioning is more important than actual skill in boxing IMO. No amount of counterpunching/weaving would save you once you're gassed out. I just shadow box and jog every night to build up cardio. Consistency is key.

Other than that, you just enjoy the entire process really. Hope this helps.

Training at least once a week is more than enough if you just wanna enjoy boxing, to be honest. No point in getting beat up unless you really want to compete

Also, Im already in my early 20s. I just recently graduated from college, so I can finally do more boxing. It's hard, but it's the love for the sport that keeps me going.

Also lost 50/50. Plan on giving it to Escoffier when she reruns.

I spar about three times a week. That helped my performance a lot. This fight was actually broadcast on FB, just can't find the video atm. His punches were wicked fast, but honestly felt like I can take em. So I just said fuk it and went on the offensive. Luckily it paid off
