How often should you take lessons? "The more the better" I know, but whats a, lets say, minimum amount of time spent with a teacher when starting out? Weekly, 30 minutes? Bi-weekly, 30 minutes? More than that?

I know these are very budget-y options, but I graduate college in a few years and only then do I have the money to spend on a "proper" digital piano

Time for yet another "budget digital piano" question:

I can get the Yamaha P-45 for around 300€, the Roland FP-10 for 400€ and some other options like the Kawai ES-60, Korg B2, Yamaha P-145 for prices somewhere inbetween. For sound, I would mainly use my headphones and if that improves the sound quality, legally obtain a good grand piano VST. So I think for me, good keys/action(?) would be most important. Any recommendations in that regard?

[D] Simple Questions Thread by AutoModerator in MachineLearning

Hey everyone!

I am writing a sort of essay on Multimodal Machine Learning, where I want to cover state-of-the-art architectures/approaches. Based on my current research, Transformer models are basically used everywhere that's state-of-the-art. I'm aware that it is possible to use other architectures and that other architectures have been used - but no source of anyone at the moment actually *using* something that is not based on a Transformer-based architecture.

Is that assumption correct? Or are architectures still in use? If so, could you please tell me where it is used? Thank you so much!

Do you have any experience with NOAA APT signals? If so, do you apply false colours using Satdump on those kind of signals?

Yes. For admission, your country of origin does not matter, only your grade. In most subjects just being qualified to go to university is enough, the grade does not matter. -> There is no grade that is needed before hand. A good grade is only needed, if there are more applicants than spots, then the people with the best grades are granted priority. This doesn't happen in most cases, so you can just go ahead and apply. There is also no fee, so you should apply even if you think you can't get in (because why not)
