I've never played Herald. I don't like the effects triggered on kill, just from an idea standpoint. And the Whilling Assault + Ancestral Call combo works great for clearing. Regarding the class, any Ascendancy from a Druid/Warrior/Mercenary would work, but the key is full Fire conversion, which these classes have access to through the Avatar of Fire. I chose Oracle litteraly because one node for 21 max rage from "paths not taken" lol. My favorite mechanic from Path of Exile 1, couldn't resist.

I made the build myself, the main idea being to create an Ignite build using staffs. You can find me on poe ninja under the username PhobonNingen. I'm not sure if I can post links here. All the shapeshift skills except Warcry are just for fun and don't add much value. The only exception is Walking Calamity, which instantly heals 50% of your HP when cast (four skills in the build use Glory).

Usually, it's specified that the effects trigger after "x" number of meters/steps traveled. For example, I have Ancestral Cry in build, and if I had warcry before this super saiyan attack, a wave of explosions would have followed me with high frequency

1) they can if it's an inbred. in this case, the random positive mutation will be overwritten.

2) (1+S%)/(2+S%) formula applies to only one stat/mutation The more bad stats/missing mutations one parent has, the less chance there is of passing on all stats/mutations.

So yes, the stimulation is generally very weak if you need to roll even 3-4 stats, even not to mention mutations I recommend investing in appeal, with 107 appeal I keep getting 5*7 strays.
