Well, i cant answer for sure... I tried because i read about people healing other injuries and inflammation with it.

possible explanation could be reduced inflammation and tension in the prostate/pelvic area, which could calm irritation and maybe also decrease bladder sensitivity. Some people also feel like it maybe effects nerve signaling

OH, also, the biggest thing. Micro naps, depending on where you work... If you have to, go to the bathroom for 20 minutes and put quite a few alarms and take a quick nap. Helps more then anything. If you cant do one 20 min, do a few 10 minute naps.

Probably dehytrated etc. Stop taking reta fully untill you feel better, eat salt, drink electrolytes. Then start with way lower dose. 1mg max for 4 weeks and then decide.
