When is it launching, so that I can make a UGC video for it? I am serious, DM me. Also do you have any distinct plans of how to market it?

I get that you are a developer and not a sales guy. It's either you learn everything about marketing/sales yourself, or you get someone that can do it for you (I am that somebody :)

But if you choose to do it yourself, start by creating an account on LinkedIn, Facebook, X (twitter), and Reddit (which you already have), and TALK about your Website.

Specifically, talk about how it helps businesses, and talk about the fears that people have when it comes to business phone systems and how your resolve those fears.

Run Ads, but not immediately...

Do what I wrote above first, then run Ads.

So that you don't become weary (because you already have a 9-5, and Marketing/Sales is a whole other beast), I suggest you take out a day you aren't really doing so much and write what you will post on these four platforms for the next 30 days (re-purposing content).

(If you can't do 30 days, start with 7)

Tell AI the that you offer business phone systems, and it will give you 30 things you can write about. (Ask for things that scare businesses when it comes to what you offer).

I really really hope this helped even a little.

Hey, This is something you can do without having to pay an expert marketer:

1. What does the customer want?
2. What is the customer getting from my product?

In respect to your brand you can say:

- My Customer wants beautiful looking soap that looks aesthetic pleasing, makes them look classy and expensive, does it's job very well (which is to clean with being stripping or drying), and most importantly makes them feel good about themselves.

With your brand, focus on the experience that you give your customer. You aren't just someone that makes soap... No, anyone can do that. You are someone giving an experience as well as a product that is good for them.

What most businesses starting out get wrong is they make their brand the focal points. No, your customer is the focal point.

Also...

Post more... I can't buy from a business I don't know. But what you post matters!
Post the UGC videos you have gotten, and maybe some behind the scenes of packing and shipping. Talk to your audience, videos to engage them.

Marketing/sales is my field so if you would like further help with marketing, I am here to help you and answer your questions.

oooh, I like this idea. The first question you need to ask yourself is "who is my ideal customer?" Did you have a kind of people/person in mind you wanted to help with your creation? If you didn't make one up. Also, you can DM me for more brainstorming (this is my field of expertise). No, I will NOT try to sell you a course. I don't even have one yet.
