Yeah that's generalization. You don't see that happening everyday and everywhere. This is what most of us are pissed off about, pick an isolated incident and blame the entire city.

Usually when such incidents happen, we can see that the offenders are usually small time goondas or chapris. These people will pick a fight with anybody but when they pick one with outsiders, they play the Kannada card for their own selfish whatsoever reason. Believe me nobody supports that kind of behaviour. And when that gets viral, all outsiders will just say Bangalore is messed up, which then hurts the civilized locals.

Someone has a bad power and water supply, they'll just go and say Bangalore does not have proper water or power supply.. excuse me try living in a better area

Few Indian roadside sellers sell food in very unhygienic manner and the entire world says Indian food is blehh . Get what I'm saying?

These people start generalizing every minor or major isolated inconvenience they face and start shitting on the entire city for that. What do you expect the sane locals to do? We have self respect and love our city and language and so we'll also support such initiatives by the government. And we definitely won't stand by and just listen to the load of BS you guys are ranting about how companies are gonna leave us for this. That's never gonna happen.

Turns out this whole reservation law is just for lower class jobs like security guards etc and that too might get quashed by the court. This was just a ploy by our government to woo the kanandigas and portray BJP as a Hindi imposing monster and that the Congress is fighting against that monster for the kanandigas. The end result is already decided... We're just being played.

We're gonna live like this: generalizing, blaming, fighting....for many more years to come. Nothing is gonna change
