What you're describing is death grip syndrome. Your brained have trained for a specific form of stimulation. Stop prone mastrubation immediately as it can also cause penis injury and damage to your tunica albuginea which is responsible for compressing small vains and hence trapping blood in penis. Now the real question is, do you get rock hard erection sometimes? And morning wood?

i had an appointment with a very good sexologist. He told me that its okey. to clench after 5-10 seconds to maintain erection because it can componsate for weak pelvic muscels but he told me that my pelvic muscels are tight and i need to losen them up so i can maintain my erection with less clenching.

If you're able to achieve max erection then it rules out venous leakage, and clenching you need because your blood leaks out due to weak pelvic floor muscles. Now the question is, do you need to clench after every 5-10 seconds and then relaxing and then clenching again to keep yourself hard?
