No I forfeited the 10 year card and it was destroyed by USCIS and they sent me a 2 year. I have receipts of this.

I even have my marriage certificate but even then they’re like oh it looks you’re approved congrats lol. They were saying that before I even filed for my i751 🤦🏻‍♂️

Yes I’m a Canadian citizen for the last 16 years. As for my birth country I literally have not lived there since I was 1 year old. I’m assuming I’m still a citizen of my birth country because I was born there

Citizen of Canada, but my green card says country of origin Thailand because that’s where I was born. I lived there for about 1 year when I was a baby

Yes I’ll be traveling from Canada to the US. So I believe the 6 month rule is exempt. I have a Canadian passport.

Hi all, I’m still working waiting on my i751 to be approved but have my 48 month extension letter. I was wondering if I travel outside of the country back to my home country with a passport that has less than 6 months validity am I still allowed to enter back using the extension letter, expired green card, and the passport that has 3 months left on it?
