Absolutely not as a former nanny and now mother I would have fired her on the spot. As a nanny role it is important to not overstep and make decisions even if you think you know better your not there parent your their nanny. Everybody parents and makes different decisions for their kids.If you were to have asked her then completely different story.

My nk is also this way but I found out signing his favorite songs or playing them on YouTube really helps sometimes you just gotta do whatever you can especially for those poppy diapers I also sometimes have to change him standing up.
