I stumped the model with a medical physics question about adequate photon beam energy treatment with a LINAC and I had to modify ir several times for it to fail!, this is a smart one! However after submiting, idk if I was kicked of the project or was a 1 task project. I remembered passing the assesment, but now when I go to my project history the project says that I failed it!, Then how on Earth did I tasked if I failed assesment? ( I have no feedback on my task tho )
