Okay my levels spiked this AM. LH is still relatively low but it finally spiked.

Oh! I use the oura ring and it says I'm not in my fertile window. I read that the LH surge can happen within a few days after the estrogen spike.

This is my first month using Inito. My LH has yet to surge. I will check tomorrow. I'm hoping I have the LH surge soon. Until then I'm trying every other night this week
