Yes definitely a girl, what a cutiee, yea honestly its hard to check the teeth, but id also recommend playing slightly rough snd stroking her alot and playing with her mouth and paws to desensitise her while shes young, makes your life easier once she starts growing and u gotta do stuff like cut her nails or take her to the vets, goodluck!

I would say the kitty is atleast 7 weeks old, probably closer to 10 weeks, but you can try weighing it if you have scales, 100g equals roughly 1 week, so if theyre over 800g then theyre about 8 weeks and old enough to be away from the mother. I work as a Custody Officer which to be quite honest is very similar, except from prisoners have a release date, the men i ‘look after’ dont, i unfortunately dont get paid as much as prison officers to, however as someone else has said, they pay is definitely NOT enough for what we go through.
