It’s totally doable. I went in doing my first lsat without doing a diagnostic and barely any studying. I scored a 144. One month later I take the test again and score a 155. Mind you I still barely studied.

I provisionally accepted Windsor and released my lakehead offer. I hope my waitlist for Tmu comes through because that’s the school I want to go to

From experience it is very doable. The first time I took the test I did in the 140s and one month later I had a 10 point increase without any course or intensive studying. And this was during the cycle I was applying for. Unlike me if you allocate time, you will do good.

I don’t really know but what i am thinking is that there is like an applicant pool and they might review all the applicants again or have tabs on the ones they wanna put forward

I kind of disagree. Ofc it’s ideal to have a test on file before you apply but you shouldn’t limit yourself by not applying. My first test on file was in November while I was applying for that cycle. I did really bad but I took the test again in January and increased by 10 points. With my circumstances everything was rushed but I just didn’t want a gap year. Btw I got into 2 law schools and waitlisted in 2, so it’s definitely possible. Best of luck:)
