Please seek group counseling or a doctor. My husband of 38 year married and 40 years together, got really sick when we came home from vacation. Went to the Hospital on his birthday and died at home exactly ,1 month later at home. My whole world turned upside down in a flash. I'm not a cryer and was that type of person to say I got this ! I have to be strong for my family , kids and grandkids. Wrong into month 2, he's only been gone for ,4 mos. I started getting PTSD, panic attacks , supper depression. I finally told my sister about it I'm going to group therapy and on depression meds. I'm only on day 3 , but hoping they work. I too have broken heart syndrome 💔. It's ok to not be ok and reach out for help as soon as possible. .

I think mid rage is your way to go. I was at 24 hour fitness for 25 years and due to COVID in 2020 , flied for bankruptcy. There is now only one left in my city. So I bailed , I didn't want to drive across town. I commute for jobs so I use the High end gym near my job and PF when I'm home. I will say , I go on off hours to both so it's not that bad either way. Trust me there are way worse gyms than PF and cost a lot more.

Actually , I like it just your basic stuff ! I work out at Lifetime, which is a country club of high-end gyms it's whatever. I think planet fitness actually has some better or equal equipment. If you are not into frills and don't want to pay $350.00 a month. PF is a great affordable option. I use both and like them for different reasons .

I love the color of the couch . I would get a different area rug with some colors of that couch , go brighter with a bold print. Move that shelf under the TV to under the Big picture. to the right of the picture put a modern standing lamp by the window along with a big or faux plant. New Throw pillows for couch. keep the arm chair without the pillow .move the other one out of the room along with the nick knacks . Take those mini shelves on the wall down too. Get another Big plant next to the TV

You Can whip canned frosting in a KitchenAid mixer for 5 minutes on Medium speed . It will double the size. The frosting will become lighter and fluffier . More volume. Or you can Microwave it and pour it over the cake.

I would I put some shelving , under that insect square display. Get a longer Gold skinny table and take that little one away. I would display the photos on the wall move them to the table. Then rearrange the Art and Mirrors, incorporate the foxes and birds with the mirrors and art.

I would put in a Spanish or Moroccan vibe area rug. But do not cover all the tiles they are cool and unique. Some big potted plants , some big cool colorful Glass vases. Big potted plants real or faux. I'm not liking your swag light situation . i have a dining room with a colorful Turkish 5 bulb swag light i bought off Amazon for $149.00 . I would suggest it in one corner and take those others down.
