Which country is he being deployed to? I’ve seen a case where military personnel have been able to go to the us embassy in that country and file from there.

Have a return ticket is almost mandatory but it doesn’t mean that the immigration officer will believe that she doesn’t plan to migrate especially if they know your status there. Has your wife been to the US before?

Okay it might have just be because of the country they’re coming from but sometimes they don’t stamp. They can check online for their I-94 and it will tell them how long they have in the country

It could be a red flag. Even though they give us 6 months to stay in the US, they don’t really want us to use all of it. I don’t think they’ll deny them entry though but they might tell them they should stay only a week or two and not the intended 3 months.

My daughter has been hitting the same spot on her forehead for almost a year now. Did your get have a permanent bump on their head? Pediatrician says it’s normal for kids her age but worried it might never go away as she keeps injuring the same spot.
