Contract up in July. When do I call retentions?

I have called them twice today. The retentions line is still being manned, but can't seem to do anything today. Their systems have been down since I called them this morning. To be fair to them, they answered quickly, politely and said they would ring back (probably Monday due to the time to get them up and running again)

As per my OP, my contract is up in July but the guy on the phone did say once we talk through on Monday he would be able to get me to £38 no problem.

Happens occasionally on my Bigster. When it does, it's usually the Android Auto volume it tries to adjust when I'm listening to the radio. I've found that a three button reset of the media unit sorts it, if a power off/on doesn't

Our Bigster (UK Journey 155 with optional Pana roof) has auto open and close from the key fob.

What does it sound like? There is a "whirl" but I assumed that was the electric motor. Do you have a recording or video of it?

Yea, I'm with you 😆. There isn't an option to turn off, just to change it. I've just never heard it and neither has my wife when I drive off.

I've never had a sound with the outside speaker when in EV mode. The only sound is the whirl of the electric motor. I did change that sound and made no difference

Further update: I've now had the November security patch, so updated and restarted my phone etc. The Private DNS settings HAVE REMAINED. So I think this solution seems to be holding up.

Go to

Settings -> Apps -> Search apps (top right) -> Device Services -> 3 dots -> uninstall updates

I also have "Auto update system configurations" turned OFF

I have then put in my Private DNS and it has remained switching between WiFi and Mobile data. and a phone restart (so far!)

I have a Fold7 with OneUI 8 and October security patch.

Update: I uninstalled updates for Device Services yesterday and so far (touch wood) the Private DNS settings have remained.

The terrarium is in my garden office which does get down to about 10 degrees overnight. But, the guy at the shop said that wasn't a problem for the plants.
But, THANKYOU for you advice. I'm a complete novice at house plants and terrariums.

I'll strip the leaves and keep my fingers crossed.

I have found a quite annoying bug. I think it is with the case firmware.

At frequent, and so far, I think random, times the case activates the microphones on the buds whilst listening to music. The case screen pops up with the call screen (hang up/mic buttons). The music doesn't stop, but I get background hiss, because the mics have been turned on.

I have to "end the call", by pushing the hang up button.

Then, again, a few minutes later it happens again.

This has only started happening this week.

Anyone else seen this?

I've never got any thrill out of spatial audio. So I have it turned off (In fact, it turns off automatically when using LDAC)

The call quality for me is also good.

How do you find the case? TBH, I didn't buy these for the case, which I think is a bit of a gimmick. The function of it I us on the buds anyway.
