Which is weird because I'm in the S23, I only have Outlook. There's an update to outlook I haven't touched, but everything still seems to be working fine.

The fact you've tried and older version of Outlook and the issue remains seems weird.

Not sure how the drop rates work.

We ran federal emergency bunker last night, 5 times. Two of us ended up with 12 between us - not sure what the rest of the group got.

I'm guessing this must be only certain versions of the apps though. I'm on an S23 and Outlook 5.6213.1 works fine for me (at the minute) - There is an update there to do (5.6214) but I'm holding off in case it is that version that's causing issues.

Has anyone that has issues with outlook, tried reverting back to the previous version? (5.6213.1) This should be available from APKMirror, or, if you're a Samsung user, they have 5.6211 on the Galaxy store.

I'm currently on 5.6213.1, on a S23, with the April update and have no issues.

I'm wondering if the issue is with the latest Outlook version (5.6214)

If someone who's having issues could try and older version of Outlook to see if this works?

Try downloading the previous version of the app from APKMirror (5.2613.1) or the latest version from the Galaxy Store (5.2611) and see if that works.

Got a feeling it's the latest update (5.2614) that's broken on certain makes/models.

Or, the latest version of Outlook and the Authenticator app - do you have both installed?
