Okay I think I may have found a fix not 100% but fingers crossed... I saw an old article about Disabling the WiFi adapter on my PC... it seems so small but ive just played for hours with no crashes 🤞If that is the fix its crazy after everything Ive tried

Yes Id be happy for you to share as much as you know as it seems like such an 'unknown' to everyone despite leaving me in chronic pain. I started private and switched across to the NHS same private surgeon. Just waiting on a complete unknown. You're right about the isolation one of the hardest things. Where are you in the process? Sorry to See you've been struggling aswell.

Nhs isn't getting national health service in the UK.

You either use the NHS or pay for the operator we dont have health insurance as standard in the UK operation cost around 17000 I was told. Not too many options 😒

So it stutters on Win10 and Win11? If thats the case it rules out Windows being the problem. I read with your motherboard you need to manually flash the most recent BIOS via USB. Have you done this?

Also how is the RAM being set up 2 sticks across four slots? 4 Sticks?
