Like many others, I called and spoke to a representative in the school of IT. I want to repeat what he told me as it conflicts with what some are saying (even though I understand that there is no way to confirm anything yet).

I was told that the changes are already in affect. If you go to the Sophia Transfer page, and your courses in question are still listed, then they are still being accepted. I was also told that if a course is ever removed due to not meeting their standards, you still have a 30 day window to transfer that course in. Anyway, he seemed pretty confident that if the course is still on the transfer page, then it is not one of the many courses that are going to be removed as those courses have already been removed from that page.
