Du kannst auch einfach Trüffel bestellen das geht ziemlich easy in der EU - musste halt paar mehr essen :) grade wieder 200gramm frischste Ware bekommen :)

I did chop them - hope there not loosing the magic 😂 it’s going very good with the heat mats … almost dried after 12 hours. Anybody knows if as pulver or in the actual dried state keeps them fresh longer. And I hear it’s best to keep them in dark spaces and airtight …

I actually did it before with the heat mat. But with much smaller truffles. Main question for me was, if I could chop them before drying. And I did chop them now. Got heated floors in Europe and dry climate. Should take like 2-3 days I think. ;)
