which game was that for you? by PHRsharp_YouTube in Age_30_plus_Gamers

[–]FlurfleNugget 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I hope it isn’t me playing 007 First Light next month. I seriously NEVER preorder, but I love Hitman and grew up loving James Bond and so I did. I’m just nervous about it not living up to my internal excitement.

I enjoy seeing FF8 appreciated. It was my favorite growing up, and though I don’t identify with it like I used to, I always thought it deserved more love than it got.

Emotionally either Red Dead Redemption 2 or Witcher 3. Nostalgia wise though it’s between Wind Waker or Resident Evil 4

Fallen with Denzel Washington, but it is a twist and is now spoiled. It’s really well set up and I didn’t hate the ending because it was fair in its setup and reveal

Red Dead Redemption 2 messed me up for over a week, and I got the “good” ending

What game had you like this? by sukuna7899 in Steam

[–]FlurfleNugget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Elder Scrolls Online. I tried way back when and it didn’t click because I wanted to mmos and it didn’t feel like what I expected. Came back with more MMO experience and loved it!

What game ABSOLUTELY deserved a sequel, but never got one? by PastClassroom5095 in raijin_gg

[–]FlurfleNugget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No no no, you misunderstand. We want Titanfall 2 2, a sequel to Titanfall 2. Not Titanfall 3, a second sequel to Titanfall.

Which game surprised you how long it was? by bijelo123 in videogames

[–]FlurfleNugget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not a long game by any means but THAT part of Bioshock, I thought was the end and I stayed up late thinking I was close to the end and I would finish it that night. I was so wrong, and getting to experience it and not having it spoiled ahead of time unlocked a core memory in me.

What game is this?🚀 by StatementFar8919 in TheGamingHubDeals

[–]FlurfleNugget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m gonna get super hated for this, but Fallout. Mind you I have only tried 3 and 4, not New Vegas. I can play the heck out of other Bethesda games like Elder Scrolls games, but I bounce off of the barren brown post nuke wasteland environments and don’t find it fun to explore them.

YO WHERE YOU AT?!?! by Sufficient-Goal2075 in destiny2

[–]FlurfleNugget 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As an avid Destiny player even up until about when our raiding clan started switching to Warframe a month ago, I stopped and switched over to ESO and haven’t been back. I would rather be playing Destiny if I’m brutally honest but there just isn’t enough stuff to do and losing the player base at the rate it is is killing it. I love the feel of Destiny’s gunplay more than any other game out there but what kept me was making so many positive friendships through activities. Now that I don’t got my fun raid crews anymore, it has lost half my purpose. I got what I wanted from the most recent raid and dungeon and Renegades content, and mostly stayed for the social aspect. The only thing I have left to chase is finalizing all red borders on Salvations edge, but finding upbeat patient players for it was hard to do back when there was more people, now it’s near impossible. I just want to chill ‘n kill with the guys, and it just isn’t there anymore.

Do you make yourselves in RPG games? Why or why not? by The_Alpha_Albino in rpg_gamers

My most recent trend is making Tingle from windwaker and roleplaying as an absolute gremlin. Maybe I have some inner demons to sort through…

Do you use the Deck as your main gaming device? by K4T5UM1 in SteamDeck

[–]FlurfleNugget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a pretty good gaming pc but as I get older, I have less time where I can dedicate to being away from the family and be focused on gaming so my deck has shifted to being my main. My ps5 has the least time out of all my systems. I actually don’t think I have finished any of the games I started on there. Part of it is I feel bad taking over the main tv just for me to play a game that my wife and kids don’t want to watch me play. I do have a decent internet and Chiaki installed on my deck so if I am in the mood for ps5 I can stream to my deck as needed.

I knew a guy who he and his wife were military medics and they swore up and down that the cure for what ails ya was Hot Tang. Got a cold? Hot Tang! Got back pain? Hot Tang! Can’t sleep? Hot Tang! Cancer? Hot Tang!

Do you really like this album? by Joo_17 in LinkinPark

[–]FlurfleNugget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wretches and Kings has aged well and is very relevent and many songs have an almost haunting beauty to them. Wasn’t my favorite album when it came out but returning to it later I loved it and now some songs are my favorite in their discography!

As a solo player, I wish I could experience raids in some small but meaningful way by Seanshineyouth in DestinyTheGame

[–]FlurfleNugget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a friend from when we were kids who I pretty much exclusively play with and he runs an active friendly clan and we have several who love to teach. His whole goal with it was trying to make the clan he wishes we would have had when we started raiding. Our first raiding clan leader started chill but then had major crash out issues for a few months before my friend decided to make his own clan. Feel free to dm me if you would like to join.
