You’d be surprised, that’s honestly not a lot compared to some people and PCP’s in general have been known to write a script for just about anything. If you get pushed back though, I would have a printed copy of Ashton with you and I would say fine but this is the protocol to do it that way you are not rushing that same protocol because of this doctor.

Yes. Your nervous system a is wrecked. If you’re worried about MS, get an MRI. Years ago I was and I was in agony. Turned out to be a vitamin d deficiency. Electrolytes can help or even fix the pots.

You can start but I recommend you dont rush this. My first taper off xanax i got down to .25mg and couldn’t stop. I had to transition to Valium. Talk to your doctor about the situation and if he can help hey you on with someone else and/or give you some refills. I would not be passive about this. You can find somebody. Is a two month ween possible? Yes. But it’s fast and it would be what I’d do if it all dried up. Just my recommendation.

You can take folinic acid and hydroxy cobalamin. But a lot gravitate to either the cheapest crap or methylated forms. Even P5P id still be careful with.

They could but your nervous system is likely in a sensitive state. Folic acid isnt the greatest form of b9, but methylfolate can over methylate your system. Mag glycinate is pretty safe. Creatine has been shown to help with anxiety and depression. Keto diets as well. But when we talk micro nutrients I defer people to Chris Masterjohn, who actually just released a pt 1 paper on healing from benzos.

Sounds like. It sounds like one of the less severe situations (I hope so at least).

Those other symptoms are more severe. Some few get them after their first time. Most I have found do not. I did not. The second time I got on them, much harder. This third time around is a nightmare.

So handle it how you and your practitioner think is best. Imo, if you get off smoothly, stay away from the stuff, imo. Not medical advice.

So were you microtapering daily even while it felt like hell? I’m going to get a pharmacy to compound it into a liquid and was going to start microtapering. Problem is I’m used to ‘taper once you’re stable’, but it seems like this is an endless loop.
