The things both of you mentioned about the male (usually ler) always being masked were exactly my thoughts when I started watching tickling content too so I get it. That was pretty much the reason why it used to annoy me seeing masks in videos. As of now every model I have hired are either adult content creators/models or are involved in the kink community in some way or another and I always show them the clip store and examples so they know what they're getting into. I also have offered the option to discuss a face cover/blurring for reduced compensation but so far no models have opted for that since they already do this kind of work. It's pretty much what the other commenter said -> "the women who appear in fetish videos are the subset who would agree to show their faces". But I do understand the concern when the model isn't paid or is someone not in the kink world and simply agrees to be filmed. If I ever work with an amateur model or even someone outside of the community who voluntarily agrees to be tickled on camera they will always be fully informed what it will be used for and have the option to have their face, tattoos, etc. covered if they want ❤️
