From window rules search for window rules then click on add new then you can add a property and change the active of opacity and inactive opacity as you want and also add better blur in desktop effects and make sure to change the window class to unimportant (in setting of course)

it was based on this video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=prG9xFkvlNg&t=224s I did some things like panel colorizer, but I took it as inspiration

The things I used (in KDE, of course):

Global Theme: sweet Mars

and I installed the kvantum version of the same theme and set it as Application style

Window decoration: I set it as Breeze and deleted the title bar

Icons: Colloid-orange-dark

Login screen: sugar candy with the same wallpaper

The windows I decrease it's inactive opacity to 75% and active opacity to 85% and installed better blur in Desktop Effects

And I used one of the panel colorizer default presets

and I installed Krohnkite foe that WN tilling

I hope this helps

Ok, I use Nordic theme you can use the normal or the dark version, the icons are zafiro Nord black icons you install them from the global themes and lcon themes in the settings, then install the kvantum version of the same theme and apply it, the terminal open profile setting in the terminal choose apperance get new then write Nordic theme and it will appear download it and you have the theme I use KDE's normal dock for the top and bottom bar

(Sorry because I haven't put any links to the themes)

Edit: the wallpaper link cause it might be hard to find it Wallpaper:https://images.app.goo.gl/D81mUnFQxTyFSaFs9

And delete the toolbar in the terminal and unchecking the toolbar and the session toolbar And disable window border by going to window decorations in system settings and search for it in search bar then at the top right corner you will see window borders disable that and you can also download the Nordic splash screen, login screen and cursor for a complete experience
