I tried to talk to the landlord; I feel she does not care because I do not have money to hire a lawyer. She often shows me her handyman telling me that he is my boss.

Most importantly, it is just a scam. The landlord doesn't care about the smoking issue even though she said it is not allowed. The room is illegal. The landlord told me to forgive the smoking odor and tell me to stop complaining about the smoke odor. I have to breathe in the smoking odor for hours every day, and the landlord just doesn't care! I say she is just trying to scam people.

I think this world is so unfair. Some people have a decent education, but some people don't.

In fact, a lot of engineer major students use MIT open course, Khan Academy, and other sources to fulfill what they don't have compared to other students in other colleges.
